Common use of Notice of Allegations and Conference Clause in Contracts

Notice of Allegations and Conference. A written notice setting forth the allegations which, if substantiated could result in disciplinary action, shall be sent to the employee by certified mail or by personal service. Said notice shall include the time and place of a conference to discuss said allegations. The CEA President shall be given a copy of said notice. This notice must be sent within fifteen (15) working days of when the Board or its agents knew of the incident that is subject to this discipline action.
