Notice of Demands. Each Recipient will provide notice to the Disclosing Party of any demands to disclose or provide any Proprietary Information by a government authority or third party prior to disclosing or furnishing the Proprietary Information so as to afford the Disclosing Party an opportunity to seek injunctive relief or protections from the need to disclose.
