Notice of Displacement. The Employer shall notify the Unions of any proposed labor adjustment initiative at the time the initiative is proposed or sixty (60) days in advance, whichever is greater. Employees affected will be allowed a training period to acquire the necessary skill(s) for retaining employment with the Employer.
