Common use of Notice of Nurse Resignation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Nurse Resignation. All nurses regularly employed shall give Hospital not less than fourteen (14) calendar days written notice of intended resignation. Failure to do so forfeits the right to accumulated vacation, holiday, and sick leave benefits.
