Notice of Subsequent Employment. The Executive agrees to immediately notify the Company of any subsequent employment during the period of salary continuation after employment terminates.

Employee agrees that during the Non-Competition Period Employee will keep the Company informed of the names and addresses of all persons, firms or corporations by or for whom he is employed from time to time, or for whom he acts as agent or consultant or in whom he may own any one percent (1%) or more equity interest; and Employee also agrees that if, during such time, he conducts any business on his own account or as a partner or co-venturer, he shall keep the Company informed of that fact and of the nature, names and addresses of such business as conducted from time to time.

Employee shall, for a period of one (1) year after the termination of employment with the Company, notify the Company of any change of address, and of any subsequent employment (stating the name and address of the employer and the title and duties of the position) or other business activity. The Employee further agrees that the Company may, following termination of the Employee's employment for a period of one (1) year, communicate with the Employee's new employer for the purpose of informing the new employer of the existence of this Agreement and providing the new employer with a copy of this Agreement.

For a period which is the later of one (1) year (i) after Officer’s employment with Employer ends or (ii) the date Officer ceases to receive any payment from Employer pursuant to this Agreement (except as provided below), Officer agrees to notify Employer of the name and address of Officer’s employer and Officer hereby authorizes Employer to contact any such employer during that period for the limited purpose of making such employer aware of this Agreement and protection against any disclosure of confidential and proprietary information, or unfair competition. If Officer’s employment with Employer is terminated pursuant to Sections 3(a)(iii) or 3(b)(iii) of this Agreement, the duration of the restriction set forth in this Section 7 shall be one (1) year from the date Officer’s employment with Employer ends.

I shall, for a period of twelve months after the termination or cessation of my employment with the Company, notify the Company of any change of address, and of any subsequent employment (stating the name and address of the employer and the nature of the position) or any other business activity, provided that the Company has not terminated this Agreement prior to such time.

While the covenant, pursuant to this Section 8.2, is in effect, Executive will give notice of the identity of Executive's subsequent employer to Company within ten (10) days after accepting any other employment.
