Notice of Termination by the Company. 16.2.1. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default the Company will issue a Notice of Termination, specifying the LRT Consultant's Event of Default (and, if the Event of Default is curable within the timeframe set for curing such Event of Default in Section 16.1, requesting the LRT Consultant to remedy such Event of Default within such period of time but in any case not later than sixty (60) days following receipt of such notice) (the "Initial Notice of Termination by the Company" and the "Remedy Period", respectively).
