Notice to Board Members. Any one member of the Board or any one of the following officers: Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, any Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer, may call a meeting of the Board. Notice of such meeting need be given only to those Directors whom it is practicable to reach, and may be given in any practical manner, including by publication and radio. Such notice shall be given at least six hours prior to commencement of the meeting.

All Stockholders agree to execute any written consents required to perform the obligations of this Agreement, and the Company agrees at the request of any party entitled to designate directors (including, as applicable, the Noteholders) to call a special meeting of stockholders for the purpose of electing directors.

  • NOTICE BOARD (a) A notice board shall be provided for the posting of all official Union notices exclusively, and will not be used for the purpose of disseminating political information.
