Notice to Employer. An employee returning from an approved unpaid leave of absence that extends through the end of a school year must notify Human Resources in writing by July 1st following the school year in which the approved unpaid leave of absence concluded.

Notice to Employer. A. An employee returning from an approved extended unpaid leave of absence must notify Human Resources in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to return from leave. B. An employee returning from an approved extended unpaid leave of absence that extends through the end of a school year must notify Human Resources in writing by July 1st following the school year in which the approved unpaid leave of absence concluded.
