Notices to Union. The Company shall mail, or fax, and/or e-mail (when documents do not require signatures) to the National Representative and Unit Chairperson one (1) copy of each of the following: i) Within five (5) work days, notice of: hiring, dismissal, promotion or demotion of any employee within the bargaining unit; notice of extension of probationary period, report and reply as contained in Articles 2.5 and 2.6, suspension or any disciplinary action placed on an employee’s file within the bargaining unit; ii) Any notice pertaining to the application or agreed interpretation of this Agreement; iii) The Company will furnish two (2) copies of seniority records and wage information for negotiating purposes; iv) The Company when notifying a person of his/her acceptance as an employee, shall provide the Union with information as outlined in Article 4.1 (i) through (iii).
