Common use of Notification of Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Employer. An employee who is unable to perform his or her work due to incapacity for work must notify the employer accordingly no later than one hour before the start of the shift on the first day of incapacity for work, except if the employee cannot reasonably be required to do so, in which case the employer must be notified of the incapacity for work as soon as possible.
