Common use of Notification of Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification of Employer. Every employee shall notify or cause someone on his or her behalf to notify the Department or Branch without delay and whenever possible prior to the start of his or her shift if he or she is unable to report for any reason outlined in Article 22-1. Employees attending pre-scheduled medical appointments shall provide at least 24 hours of advance notice to their Department or Branch.
