Notification of Practical Completion. The Organisation must provide the Commonwealth with: 1. Certification of practical completion (clause 4.9) by a suitably qualified and independent person; 2. a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy (clause 4.9(b)); 3. Certificates of Currency for insurances (clause 21.1(b) and Item 9.2 of the Schedule); 4. internal and external site photographs; and 5. the fit-out and occupation timeline. Report of Completion of Works The Organisation must provide the Commonwealth with a Construction Phase Final Report which must include a comprehensive Report on the expenditure of the Funds for the purposes of the Project and how the Objectives and outcomes of the Project have been supported by the completion of the Works (clause 11.5 ). Within three months after the date that the Organisation achieves Practical Completion of the Works Services and Implementation Assessment Reports The Organisation must provide the Commonwealth with a report indicating: 1. the number of general practitioners, nurses allied health professionals, specialists and/or students on clinical placements; 2. the services delivered to meet local health needs including GP attendance services, preventive health care activities and chronic disease management services; 3. the extended hours of service; and 4. progress against each of the Program Objectives. Quarterly in the first 12 months of operation and as requested by the Commonwealth from time to time Financial Acquittals and Report The Organisation must provide the Commonwealth with: 1. a Financial Acquittal (clause 11.6); and 2. a Financial Report (clause 11.6) for the preceding financial year.   • Practical Completion (a) When the Developer considers that the Works, or any part of the Works, are complete, the Developer must send a Notice to the Council accompanied by complete works as executed plans, any relevant certificates or consents of any public utility authority and a request for written certification from the Council that the Works are complete.

  • Certification of Completion Certification of completion of the program will be contingent upon Resident successfully completing the core requirements of the Program, returning all property of the Medical Center such as books, equipment, etc., and having settled any other professional or financial obligations to the Medical Center. The certificate will be issued in accordance with the provisions of the ASHP Regulations on Accreditation of Pharmacy Residencies and signed by the RPD and the Chief Executive Officer of the organization. A certificate will not be issued to anyone who does not complete the program’s requirements. Core requirements to successfully complete the program include: • Possess a valid pharmacist license from the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy by October 31st of the residency year. • Successful completion of core learning experiences and required longitudinal learning experiences as defined in the learning experience descriptions • Completion of all R1 goals/objectives with a status of achieved by the end of the residency. Completion of 100% of the remaining goals/objectives for the program with at least 50% of the objectives having a status as achieved. All objectives must have a minimum status of satisfactory progress. • All evaluations must be completed in accordance with ASHP Accreditation Standard as outlined in the Resident Agreement • Completion of pharmacokinetic certification by October 31 of residency year • Completion of inpatient anticoagulation certification by October 31 of residency year. • Completion of major project, which includes meeting all project deadlines and submission of written manuscript of completed project to the RAC. • Assigned projects (MUE, drug review, class review, and management project) have been completed • Presentation of at least one major CME program. • Completion of minimum staffing requirements as described in section 2.7 • Adherence to the organization’s attendance standards and as described in this document under Exhibit A.

  • At Substantial Completion and Final Completion the Contractor shall provide a certification letter certifying that the Work does not contain asbestos as required by the UTUGCs.

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

  • Substantial Completion “Substantial Completion” means the stage in the progress of the Work when the Work, or designated portions thereof, may still require minor modifications or adjustments but, in the Owner’s opinion, the Work has progressed to the point such that all parts of the Work under consideration are fully operational and usable for intended purposes, as evidenced by a Certificate of Substantial Completion approved by the Owner. If a Certificate of Occupancy is required by public authorities having jurisdiction over the Work, said certificate shall be issued before the Work or any portion thereof is considered substantially complete. When the Contractor considers that the Work, or a portion thereof which the Owner agrees to accept separately, is substantially complete, the Contractor shall notify Owner’s Designated Representative (sometimes referred to as the “ODR”) and request a determination as to whether the Work or designated portion thereof is substantially complete. If the ODR does not consider the Work substantially complete, the ODR will notify the Contractor giving reasons therefore. Failure on the Owner’s part to list a reason does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After satisfactorily completing items identified by Owner’s Designated Representative, the Contractor shall then submit another request for the ODR to determine Substantial Completion. If The ODR considers the Work substantially complete, The ODR will prepare and deliver a certificate of Substantial Completion which shall establish the date of Substantial Completion, shall include a punch list of items to be completed or corrected before final completion and final payment, shall establish the time within which the Contractor shall finish the punch list, and shall establish responsibilities of the Owner and the Contractor for security, maintenance, heat, utilities, damage to the Work, warranty and insurance. Failure to include an item on the punch list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The certificate of Substantial Completion shall be signed by the Owner and the Contractor to evidence acceptance of the responsibilities assigned to them in such certificate. Substantial Completion (as defined in this agreement) for all stages of the Work shall be achieved on or before the following Substantial Completion date: DATE FOR SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: TBD Under no circumstances will the time for Substantial Completion exceed this date without a written amendment to this Agreement. THE TIMES SET FORTH IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS ARE AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT. TIME LIMITS STATED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE OF THE ESSENCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  • Diligent Completion The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Investment Period.

All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.
