Notification of Return from Leave. The staff must notify the Director of Human Resources or designee in person or in writing by U.S. mail, certified mail, email, or on the appropriate form, their date of return no later than March 1 if intending to return the next school year or two (2) months prior to the originally-scheduled date of the leave termination, whichever is earlier, of their specific intent to return to active service at the specified date or request an extension of the leave.
