Leaves of Absence Without Pay or Benefits. 1. The unpaid leave provisions of this Agreement shall be construed consistently with the requirements of the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). All unpaid leaves required by that Act shall be cumulative with, and not in addition to, any other applicable leave paid or unpaid, provided for in this Agreement.
