Common use of Notification of Return from Leave Clause in Contracts

Notification of Return from Leave. 2.1 The teacher must notify the Director of Human Resources in person or by certified mail, in writing on the appropriate form, no later than March 1 or two (2) months prior to the originally- scheduled date of the leave termination, whichever is earlier, of his/her specific intent to return to active service at the specified date or request an extension of the leave. Extensions are not routinely granted. Return from Mobility Leave requires a February 1 notification of intent to return.
