Notification of Student With History of Violent Behavior. The Administration of Eastern Xxxxxx County Schools and the Chaska Education Association are committed to a safe learning and working environment for all students and teachers in the district. In accordance with M.S. 121A.64 and District Policy 529, both the administration and teachers will follow the procedures per District Policy (i.e. each classroom teacher of a student with a history of violent behavior will receive written notification from the administration from the administration prior to placement of the student in the teacher’s classroom).
