Common use of Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants Clause in Contracts

Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants. The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate, who was interviewed for a specific posting, will be contacted, within one (1) week of the acceptance of the position by the successful candidate and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. All other applicants will be advised as per current practice, such practice will be discussed at Labour Management Meetings on an ad hoc basis.
