Notifications of Change. Immediately upon acquiring knowledge or reason to know of any of the following, Debtor shall notify Secured Party of the occurrence or existence of (i) any Event of Default; (ii) any event or condition that, after notice, lapse of time or after both notice and lapse of time, would constitute an Event of Default; (iii) any account or general intangible that arises out of a contract with any governmental authority (including the United States); (iv) any event or condition that has or (so far as can be foreseen) will or might have any material adverse effect on the Collateral (including a material loss, destruction or theft of, or of any damage to, the Collateral, material decline in value of the Collateral or a material default by an account debtor or other party’s performance of obligations with respect to the Collateral), on Debtor or its business, operations, affairs or condition (financial or otherwise).

Notifications of Change. We shall notify you of all notifications of changes that we receive related to entries that you transmit by email or via the Online Services no later than five (5) business days after receipt thereof.
Notifications of Change. The Bank shall notify Business Entity of all Notifications of Change received by the Bank related to Entries transmitted by the Business Entity by email or via the reporting within E-Business no later than two (2) banking days after receipt thereof. The Business Entity shall ensure that changes requested by Notifications of Change are made within six (6) banking days of the Business Entity’s receipt of the information or prior to initiating another Entry to the Receiver’s account, whichever is later.

If the NOC is incorrect, Company will generate a Refused NOC and deliver it to Financial Institution within 15 calendar days.

PREFUNDING; PAYMENT Bank may designate Client as "ACH Prefunding," and Bank may change Client's designation to or from ACH Prefunding at any time, with or without cause and at Bank's sole discretion. Bank will inform Client of Client’s designation as ACH Prefunding, and of any change in the designation. Client must have available funds, in the designated Settlement Account, of an amount equal to the sum of all credit Entries or debit Reversals related to entry data delivered to Bank at such time: (a) if Client is not designated ACH prefunding, no later than the day before the Settlement Date of the Entry transmitted to Bank; and (b) if Client is designated ACH Prefunding, no later than two days prior to the Settlement Date of the Entry transmitted to the Bank. INCONSISTENCIES If a Receiver of an Entry is identified by both name and account number, payment may be made by Bank and by any other financial institution based on the account number even if the name and the account number are not consistent or identify different parties. If an intermediary bank or a beneficiary’s bank is identified on a payment order by both name and account number, Bank and other financial institutions may rely on the account number even if the name and the account number are not consistent or identify different parties.
Notifications of Change. AB&T will notify Customer of received Correction ACH Entries (“COR”) from third parties, which are commonly referred to as Notification of Change (“NOC”) ACH Entries, no later than one (1) Business Day after the settlement date of the NOC. Customer agrees to make the necessary changes on its records from the information obtained in the NOC within six (6) Business Days of the receipt of the NOC or before the next “live” ACH Entry, whichever is later. If the NOC is incorrect, Customer will generate a Refused NOC and deliver it as a Notice to AB&T within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Customer’s receipt of the NOC.

Notifications of Change. The Debtor will notify the Secured Party in writing at least 30 days prior to any change in: (i) the Debtor's chief place of business and/or residence; (ii) the Debtor's name or identity; or (iii) the Debtor's corporate structure (including, without limitation, the jurisdiction of its organization). The Debtor will keep the Collateral at the location(s) previously provided to the Secured Party until such time as the Secured Party provides written advance consent to a change of location. The Debtor will bear the cost of preparing and filing any documents necessary to protect the Secured Party's Liens.
