  • Errors or Questions If you think your statement or any account or transaction information reflected on Online Banking is wrong or if you need more information about a listed transfer CALL US IMMEDIATELY at Online Banking Support. If you cannot reach us by telephone, you may send us a message through the Secure Online Message Center, but that is not the fastest way of contacting us. Alternatively, you may visit your local branch or write us at the address for disputes provided below or in your Cardholder Agreement. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.
