Common use of NPA Training Clause in Contracts

NPA Training. The CNA shall develop and provide training programs, independently or in cooperation with the other CNA(s), that result in AbilityOne qualified NPAs’ awareness and understanding of the requirements of the JWOD Act, the Commission’s regulations, and AbilityOne Program policies and procedures. The CNA shall train, develop and assist NPAs to understand and meet their requirements under the AbilityOne Program, and to enhance NPAs’ ability to successfully compete for future contracts.
