NPA will. (i) provide to the Employee or Employees affected and their representatives (if the affected Employees require them to be consulted), information about the proposed change (for example, information about the nature of the change to the Employee's regular roster or ordinary hours of work and when that change is proposed to commence); (ii) invite the Employee or Employees affected and their representatives (if the affected Employees require them to be consulted), to give their views about the impact of the proposed change (including any impact in relation to their family or caring responsibilities); and (iii) give consideration to any views about the impact of the proposed change that are given by the Employee or Employees concerned and/or their representatives.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • First Method and Market Quotation If the First Method and Market Quotation apply, the Defaulting Party will pay to the Non-defaulting Party the excess, if a positive number, of (A) the sum of the Settlement Amount (determined by the Non-defaulting Party) in respect of the Terminated Transactions and the Termination Currency Equivalent of the Unpaid Amounts owing to the Non-defaulting Party over (B) the Termination Currency Equivalent of the Unpaid Amounts owing to the Defaulting Party.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Second Method and Loss If the Second Method and Loss apply, an amount will be payable equal to the Non-defaulting Party's Loss in respect of this Agreement. If that amount is a positive number, the Defaulting Party will pay it to the Non-defaulting Party; if it is a negative number, the Non-defaulting Party will pay the absolute value of that amount to the Defaulting Party.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Method and Content The State shall notify Grantee of such termination in accordance with §16. The notice shall specify the effective date of the termination and whether it affects all or a portion of this Grant.

  • Prompt Payment Payment shall be made in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code, commonly known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code shall govern remittance of payment and remedies for late payment and non-payment.
