NucPhys Management Board. The NucPhys Management Board is composed by the coordinator of each University member of the Consortium plus the NucPhys Secretariat and shall support the Consortium Coordinator in managing the programme. The Management Board shall meet at least once a year. The Management Board will select the scholars. The meetings could be on-line. The NucPhys Management Board shall undertake: - To establish the financial conditions regarding the Erasmus Mundus grant - To review and amend the scholarship conditions, if necessary - To ensure quality assurance of the programme - To define common standards for admission, a common application procedure and to organize a joint student and scholar selection process.   • Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.
