- NUMBER AND TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. a. Seasonal employees, other than Rail Laborers, shall not be employed for a period greater than four (4) consecutive months during the spring and summer season. The number of such employees shall not exceed ten (10); however, in no event would the total exceed fifty (50) percent within any applicable classification.
