Number of Employees. Contractor warrants it will provide sufficient employees to complete the Services ordered within the applicable time frames established pursuant to this Agreement. Furthermore, Contractor shall, at its expense, supply all tools, equipment and other materials necessary to perform the Services contemplated in this Agreement.
