Number of Types of Awards. 2.15.1.1 The Lead State (State of Arizona) reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards or to award a Contract by individual line items or alternatives, by group of line items or alternatives, or to make an aggregate award, or regional awards, whichever the Lead State (State of Arizona) determines is most advantageous to the collective best interest of the Participating States.

  • Multiple Vendor Awards TIPS reserves the right to award multiple vendor contracts for categories when deemed in the best interest of the TIPS membership.
