Nurse Practitioner Work Year. Nurse Practitioners in the Student/Staff Health Clinic may voluntarily choose to work beyond the normal work year as defined in Article 9, if the College identifies such a need. Those working beyond the normal work year shall be compensated for such additional working days at their individual per diem rate.
