Common use of Nurse Representatives Clause in Contracts

Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize three (3) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize up to three (3) Nurse Representatives nurse representatives (one of whom is the Bargaining Unit President) for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting initial Union interviewsorientation.

Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize three (3) Nurse Representatives nurse representatives (one (1) RN, one (1) RPN and one (1) alternate) for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union Association interviews.
