Common use of Nurse Representatives Clause in Contracts

Nurse Representatives. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Association to appoint or elect two (2) nurse representatives, who shall also act as the nurse representatives in respect of grievances. The number of representatives may be altered by agreement between the parties.
