Common use of Nurse Representatives Clause in Contracts

Nurse Representatives. The Association may appoint up to fifteen (15) Nurse Representatives. These representatives and five (5) local Association officers shall be allowed to participate in the pool of paid hours referenced in Section 2.5.1. The Association shall notify the appropriate Human Resources Director of any changes of the names of the Nurse Representatives or local Association officers. * * * *
