Common use of Nurse Representatives Clause in Contracts

Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to recognize one nurse representative, to be elected or appointed by the Union. The Union shall advise the Employer of the name of the nurse representative.

Nurse Representatives. The Employer agrees to will recognize one (1) nurse representative, to be representative appointed or elected or appointed by members of the Unionbargaining unit. The Union shall advise the Employer of the name Association may appoint an alternate to act on behalf of the nurse representativerepresentative in her absence.
