Nurse is an employee included in the Bargaining Unit described in Article 2.00.
Nurses Nurses shall meet and develop a plan for preliminary assignments for the upcoming school year. This plan shall be provided to the Executive Director of Student Support for approval by June 1st. If there is a change in unit member personnel after the original plan has been submitted, the group shall provide an updated plan to the Executive Director of Student Support for approval.
Dentist a duly licensed Dentist legally entitled to practice dentistry at the time and in the state or jurisdiction in which services are performed.
Physician Visits This plan covers the services of a physician or other provider in charge of your medical care while you are inpatient in a general or specialty hospital.
Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein.
Nurse Practitioner (Employer Appointed Position) “Nurse Practitioner” means a Registered Nurse appointed as such to a position approved by the employer and who is authorised by the Board under Section 95 of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) No 86A. A Nurse Practitioner will have at least three years full-time equivalent experience in an advanced practice role and meets the national competency standards for Nurse Practitioners. A Nurse Practitioner functions autonomously and operates at a level of nursing that uses extended and expanded skills, experience and knowledge assessment, planning, implementation, diagnosis and evaluation of nursing care. Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
Electrician The employer may take an inventory of an employee’s tools when the latter is hired, failing which, the list of tools in the appendix hereto shall prevail. In the event of loss or damage resulting from a fire or break-in, the employer shall replace the tools in question or compensate the employee for up to $600.00.
