Nursing Mothers. During negotiations, the parties discussed issues related to the return of employees from maternity leave to the workplace. One issue of mutual concern related to the accommodation of employees requiring facilities for the purpose of expressing breast milk. Each location will explore reasonable accommodations within the existing facilities.
