Nutrition Services Supervisors Only. Employees hired into the District before January 1, 1996, who retire at age 65 or older must have completed the following service eligibility requirements to receive District contributions toward post-age-65 health insurance premiums: A. Employees hired before January 1, 1989, must be continuously employed with the District. B. Employees hired on or after January 1, 1989, must have completed at least twenty (20) years of continuous employment with the District and meet the remaining requirements for retirement.
