OBEYING THE LAW. 13.1 The Supplier, in connection with provision of the Deliverables: 13.1.1 is expected to meet and have its Subcontractors meet the standards set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct: (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachm ent_data/file/1163536/Supplier_Code_of_Conduct_v3.pdff) as such Code of Conduct may be updated from time to time, and such other sustainability requirements as set out in the Order Form. The Buyer also expects to meet this Code of Conduct; 13.1.2 must comply with the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts 1911 to 1989 and section 182 of the Finance Act 1989; 13.1.3 must support the Buyer in fulfilling its Public Sector Equality duty under section 149 of the Equality Act 2010; 13.1.4 must comply with the model contract terms contained in (a) to (m) of Annex C of the guidance to PPN 02/23 (Tackling Modern Slavery in Government Supply Chains),1 as such clauses may be amended or updated from time to time; and 13.1.5 meet the applicable Government Buying Standards applicable to Deliverables which can be found online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/collections/sustainable- procurement-the-government-buying-standards-gbs, as updated from time to time. 13.2 The Supplier indemnifies the Buyer against any costs resulting from any default by the Supplier relating to any applicable Law to do with the Contract. 13.3 The Supplier must appoint a compliance officer who must be responsible for ensuring that the Supplier complies with Law, clause 13.1 and clauses 27 to 34.

OBEYING THE LAW. 16.1 The Supplier shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 3 (Corporate Social Responsibility). 16.2 The Supplier shall comply with all applicable Law.

OBEYING THE LAW. 12.1 The Supplier must use reasonable endeavours to comply with the provisions of Joint Schedule 5 (Corporate Social Responsibility). 12.2 To the extent that it arises as a result of a Default by the Supplier, the Supplier indemnifies the Relevant Authority against any fine or penalty incurred by the Relevant Authority pursuant to Law and any costs incurred by the Relevant Authority in defending any proceedings which result in such fine or penalty. 12.3 The Supplier must appoint a Compliance Officer who must be responsible for ensuring that the Supplier complies with Law, Clause 12.1 and Clauses 27 to 32.
OBEYING THE LAW. 15.1 The Supplier must use reasonable endeavours to comply with the provisions of Joint Schedule 5 (Corporate Social Responsibility). 15.2 The Supplier indemnifies HEART and every Customer against any costs resulting from any Default by the Supplier relating to any applicable Law to do with a Contract. 15.3 The Supplier must appoint a Compliance Officer who must be responsible for ensuring that the Supplier complies with Law, Clause 15.1 and Clauses 30 to 35.
