Common use of Obligations of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Obligations of the Contractor. 6.1. To perform and supply the subject of the contract at the stipulated time and in the extent pursuant to Article 1 and Article 2. 6.2. To notify the Ordering Party regularly regarding the status of the performance of the subject of the contract at intervals in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
