OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMS AGENCY. A. EMS Agency shall maintain a Trauma Registry for the purpose of data collection, compliance monitoring, and the evaluation of the trauma system. Data collected by the Trauma Registry will be made available, in an aggregate form to all Trauma Centers.
