OBLIGATIONS OF THE SECRETARIAT. 4.1 The Secretariat shall provide the Ministry with a complete list of all Visiting Team members no later than ten (10) days before the arrival of the Visiting Team in the Slovak Republic. The list will include, for each member of the Visiting Team, the member’s name, title, nationality, and whether the member is a Trainee or Accompanying Staff. It will also include the number of the passport held by each member of the Visiting Team, and will indicate which members of the Visiting Team, if any, have special dietary requirements.
