Occupation Of A Temporary Vacancy. An employee who is awarded a temporary vacancy agrees to occupy the temporary vacancy, (subject to the satisfactory completion of the trial period) for the entire duration of the temporary vacancy. When an employee occupies a temporary vacancy, the employee so assigned shall be returned to his regularly assigned position upon the expiration of the temporary vacancy.
