ODDS PSW – Employment Specialist – Training and Certifications. ‌ a) All new PSWs who receive payment for providing Job Coaching as Employment Specialists must complete a minimum of one ODDS approved employment training within ninety (90) days of enrolling to provide employment services. b) All PSWs who receive payment for providing Job Coaching must demonstrate the ODDS approved Core Competencies and Training Standards within one (1) year of employment as a Job Coach.
