Odometer. The Hired Vehicle shall have calibrated Odometer to accurately record Kilometer reading on a day-to-day basis. The meter reading should tally the actual distance of run at any instant and ‘Authorized Person’ of the Company shall have authority to check the meter for its correctness.

Odometer. The Lessee must ensure the proper functioning of the odometer. In the event of failure of this meter, the Lessee must inform the Lessor within a maximum period of five (5) working days after its observation. STANDARD AGREEMENT If the Lessee does not inform the Lessor of a failure of the meter within the time limit set and stipulated above, the latter is entitled to terminate the Rental Agreement and to determine, by himself and in a non-contradictory manner , the mileage of the Vehicle according to the kilometers traveled since the start of the rental.
Odometer. Lessee shall not disconnect or tamper with the odometer, speedometer, or hourly meter on any vehicle and/or Equipment. If same shall show signs of having been tampered with or disconnected, Lessee shall, at the option of Reel, pay to Reel for the use of said Vehicle and/or Equipment at the within specified mileage and/or hourly rate based on a mileage of 40 miles for each hour and/or for each hour on rent for the hour meter.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • Illumination The Engineer shall refer to TxDOT’s Highway Illumination Manual and other deemed necessary State approved manuals for design of continuous lighting and safety lighting for all conventional, high-mast, and underpass lighting. The Engineer shall include safety lighting as part of each design on each flashing beacon and traffic signal. The Engineer shall provide a preliminary layout for initial review and approval by the State. The Engineer shall prepare circuit wiring diagrams showing the number of luminaries on each circuit, electrical conductors, length of runs, service pole assemblies. Underpass lighting must be used on all structures within each project. The Engineer shall integrate existing illumination within the project limits into the proposed design. The Engineer shall coordinate with the State to determine the location of proposed high-mast, conventional, and underpass lighting.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Population The Population shall be defined as all Paid Claims during the 12-month period covered by the Claims Review.

  • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

  • Wage Scales 27.1 Upon request, with reasonable notice, the City will provide an accurate amount of the individual employee's accumulated sick leave, holiday and vacation credits.
