The Scheme has no liability and it is not obliged to indemnify the Producer if the approval granted to the Scheme becomes invalid or has been revoked for any reason, nevertheless it is obliged to return to the Producer as unduly paid the amounts already paid by the Producer to the Scheme which have not been used for the purposes of the present.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”).
