Off-Shift Bonus. A premium of sixty ($0.60) cents per hour will be paid to all employees who work a shift commencing after 12:00 noon or before 9:00 p.m. A premium of seventy ($0.70) cents per hour will be paid to all employees who work a shift commencing after 9:00 p.m. or before 5:00 a.m. An additional premium of one dollar thirty-five ($1.35) cents per hour will be paid for all Sunday work. These premiums will also apply on a full overtime shift which calls for such a premium to be paid but they will not be added to the basic rate in computing the overtime rate.

Off-Shift Bonus. A shift premium of two ($2.00) dollars per hour will be paid for all work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Off-Shift Bonus. 7.01 Employees scheduled to work between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. as part of the regular work week shall receive a premium of sixty-five (65¢) per hour. Such premium will be paid for all hours worked or portion of hours worked between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. but will not be paid on hours worked at overtime rates.

  • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.
