Offers for Assignments. The District shall then rank all of the employees on the list by seniority. When opportunities become available, the District shall start with (a) below and only proceed to the next option if no one accepts the assignment:
Offers for Assignments. Without any representation or guarantee of the volume of such assignments, Integrity will forward an offer for an assignment to Employee for Direct Home Giving services (“Services”). Employee agrees to respond to all such offers and, if accepted, to perform the requested services in accordance with the requirements contained in the offer together with the requirements below, which requirements listed below are incorporated by reference into each offer for an assignment as if the same were fully set forth at length therein.:
