Office Employees. Office employees may elect compensatory leave as the method of compensation for overtime work in accordance with this Agreement. A. All compensatory leave time shall be taken off at a time mutually agreed to by the employee and the employee's immediate supervisor. B. Unused accrued compensatory time shall be paid upon termination of employment.
