Office Furniture and Equipment. You must not install any furniture or office equipment, cabling, IT, or telecom connections without our consent, which we may refuse at our absolute discretion.
Office Furniture and Equipment. If requested by any Buyer prior to the end of the Transition Period, (a) Service Providers and such Buyer will negotiate in good faith the sale to such Buyer of any office furniture or office equipment owned by any Service Provider and located at such Service Provider’s Connecticut Office, and (b) Service Providers will use commercially reasonable efforts to assign to such Buyer, effective as of the end of the Transition Period, the lease of any office furniture or office equipment leased by Service Providers and located at the Connecticut Office, provided, however, that in no event shall Service Providers be required to expend any funds to effectuate such assignment.

The Licensee must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Licensor’s prior written consent, which Licensor may give or refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to the Licensor’s consent, the Licensee (at its cost) must permit the Licensor to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other occupants, the Licensor or the Head Lessor. Prior to vacating the Premises, the Licensee must at its cost reinstate the Premises to the original condition it was in prior to the installation works being undertaken.
Office Furniture and Equipment. The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without Regus’ consent, which Regus may refuse at its absolute discretion. As a condition to Regus’ consent, the Client must permit Regus to oversee any installations (for example IT or electrical systems) and to verify that such installations do not interfere with the use of the accommodation(s) by other Clients or Regus or any landlord of the building.
Office Furniture and Equipment. Client shall not install any permanent furniture, office equipment, cabling or telecom connections in the Office Accommodation without the prior written consent of the Company.
Office Furniture and Equipment. During the Term, GRTN may continue to ------------------------------ utilize the existing office furniture and equipment currently located in the Office Space at no added cost to GRTN.

Office Furniture and Equipment. The Project Office provided by the Contractor shall include the offices, furniture, accessories and equipment specified below. All items and /or equipment furnished hereunder shall be in excellent condition and functioning properly. All equipment furnished hereunder shall be the most current model.
(a) Office furniture, cubicles and/or desks for all personnel assigned to the Project
(b) Shared private office for the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.
(c) Conference room for at least twelve (12) people.
Office Furniture and Equipment. Miami will provide Provider Personnel with office furnishings consisting of a desk with lockable storage and chair. Miami will provide access to lockable filing cabinets, sales boards, sales bell and color printer with copy and scanning functionality.

Office furniture and equipment shall be procured based on Concessionaire’s procurement schedule to support Concessionaire’s personnel during the O&M Period beginning at Integration Testing. Concessionaire shall provide furniture and equipment for five Owner personnel located at the same facility as the Project Manager. Furniture and equipment may include desks, chairs, tables, bookshelves, side-chairs, file cabinets, storage cabinets, whiteboards, computers, printers, scanners, telephones and internet access. Concessionaire and Owner shall meet and agree on the location of the five Owner personnel co-located with the Project Manager and specific furniture and equipment required no less than 12 months prior to Integration Testing.
