Official Languages. Canada will prepare a French translation of this Agreement for use at the Approval HearingsAgreement. Prior to the Implementation Date, Canada will pay the costs of the preparation of an authoritative French version of this Agreement and such cost shall include costs of review by a designate of the Parties. The authoritative French version shall be executed by the same Parties who executed this Agreement and, once executed, the English and French language versions shall be of equal weight and force at law.
