Official Languages. 1. Both the English and French versions of the Collective Agreement shall be official and definitive versions. Both parties may use either the English or the French version in any proceedings arising out of the Collective Agreement, and shall apply the version of the Collective Agreement in which formal grievance/arbitration proceedings were initiated.
