Other Uses Even if Customer opts out of PEP, the Software monitors, records, and reports to Sage information about the installation and use of the Software, including, but not limited to, information about Customer’s devices and the frequency, type, and manner of use to which the Software is put. Customer acknowledges that Sage may collect, use, and disclose the information as described in the Sage Privacy Notice posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-us/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software, Inc.) or xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/en-ca/legal/privacy-and-cookies/ (if you are contracting with Sage Software Canada Ltd.), or such other URL as Sage may notify Customer of, and as may be described in the user interface associated with the applicable features.
SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.
Permitted Uses BA shall use Protected Information only for the purpose of performing BA’s obligations under the Contract and as permitted or required under the Contract and Addendum, or as required by law. Further, BA shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule or the HITECH Act if so used by CE. Data Use Each party may use Connected Account Data in accordance with this Agreement and the consent (if any) each obtains from each Connected Account. This consent includes, as to Stripe, consent it receives via the Connected Account Agreement.

Business Use Coverage is provided if the BUSINESS USE surcharge has been paid as specified on YOUR DECLARATION PAGE. Assumed Business Names Borrower has filed or recorded all documents or filings required by law relating to all assumed business names used by Borrower. Excluding the name of Borrower, the following is a complete list of all assumed business names under which Borrower does business: None.
BRAND NAMES 8.1 Wherever in the specifications or bid that brand names, manufacturer, trade name, or catalog numbers are specified, it is for the purpose of establishing a grade or quality of material only; and the term "or equal" is deemed to follow.
8.2 It is the Bidder's responsibility to identify any alternate items offered in the bid, and prove to the satisfaction of the Owners that said item is equal to, or better than, the product specified.
8.3 Bids for alternate items shall be stated in the appropriate space on the e-bid form, or if the proposal form does not contain blanks for alternates, Bidder MUST attach to its bid document on Company letterhead a statement identifying the manufacturer and brand name of each proposed alternate, plus a complete description of the alternate items including illustrations, performance test data and any other information necessary for an evaluation.
8.4 The Bidder must indicate any variances by item number from the specification document no matter how slight.
8.5 If variations are not stated in the bid, it will be assumed that the item being bid fully complies with the Owners’ bidding documents.
Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:
Public Use The Recipient will ensure that Infrastructure resulting from any Eligible Project that is not sold, leased, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of, remains primarily for public use or benefit.
