Common use of OHIP Clause in Contracts

OHIP. The Employer has agreed to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed rate of the O.H.I.P. premium for employees. The Employer is not responsible for contribution in the event that an employee is otherwise covered for such benefit. This means if the employee produces an exemption certificate indicating coverage through another source, the Employer is not liable for contribution.
