OHS Committee Responsibilities. ‌ The OHS Committee shall function in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act. Minutes of all Safety and Health Committee Meetings shall be kept and copies of such minutes shall be sent to the Employer and the union designate.
